A Beautiful Ocean Front Retreat Space

Day One-Preparation
Dreamtime
Welcome Circle with Tea
Didgeridoo Sound bath
Guided Meditation (Yoga Nidra)
Day one is all about settling in on the beautiful west coast and making new connections. We will sit together and take a look at our intentions for the weekend.
The Sound bath is an opportunity to settle into your body relax and receive. This facilitates an inner journey of embodiment to release dense, stuck and inaccessible energy, making space for feelings of BLISS CONNECTION, and a “coming home” to ourselves.
You are then guided through a traditional Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), to complete the journey into your body grounding you into all aspects of yourself.
All respect and gratitude goes to the Australian Indigenous people, the parents and origins of the Didjeridoo.

Day Two-Journey
The Entheogenic Mushroom Ceremony
Tea in nature
Guided Meditation
Preparation and Integration Sessions
Psilocybin Mushroom Ceremony
Breathwork
Enter a realm of exploration and possibility as you journey with magic mushrooms. You will be guided on this journey by experienced facilitators with a background in plant medicine ceremony facilitation. Our ceremonies are a gentle low dose psilocybin mushroom experience designed to open up new possibilities of healing and repatterning (Optional higher or lower doses based on preference or experience).
As a part of the registration process you must complete a detailed health assessment questionnaire and have a short preparatory call with our facilitators following your registration. Not everyone is well suited for working with psilocybin mushrooms. Certain health conditions can pose risks, and some medications, like SSRI antidepressants and antipsychotics, have the potential for negative drug interactions. Partaking in the medicine is completely optional, there is great benefit to being a part of the ceremony whether you choose to take the medicine or not.
During the session we will be guided on a sound journey by Marty incorporating instruments, such as flutes, drums, guitar, synth and hand pan. Sound vibration affect the body on multiple levels, vibrating and influencing tissues at a cellular level, while also entraining brainwave patterns to induce desired mental states like relaxation.
Conducted with careful preparation and guidance, these journeys aim for personal growth, emotional healing, and insight. Participants may experience a range of effects, from emotional revelations to profound insights and a heightened sense of connection to the universe. Integrations following the journey are crucial for translating these extraordinary experiences into lasting positive changes in one's life. This approach to psilocybin not only respects its origins but also harnesses its potential for therapeutic and phycological benefits.

Day Three-Integration
Refining The Fire
Integration Session
Guided Movement and Embodiment
Closing Circle
Day three is all about integration. Incorporating the insights gained from psilocybin experiences is crucial for personal development, as the profound revelations from magic mushrooms can significantly shape one's existence. With guidance, these deep psychedelic explorations can lead to enduring improvements, enhancing the well-being of both the individual and the community at large.
We will explore guided alignment-based somatic movement practices to help your body integrate and cultivate greater alignment, balance, and vitality. These gentle yet powerful exercises are designed to release tension, improve posture, and enhance body awareness.
We also offer additional follow up integration sessions, please speak with a facilitator if you are interested.
"when we release effort and follow nature, The general reaction is that small stillness produces small stirring, and great stillness produces great stirring”

Marty's relationship with mushroom medicine runs deep, rooted in years of immersion and exploration within the realms of altered states. He has remained a dedicated student of psychology, spirituality, breathwork, yoga and esoteric teachings for many years.
Through many personal journeys Marty has cultivated a deep relationship with the spirit of the mushroom, in hopes of learning and understanding what this medicine has to offer and teach humanity.
He seeks to understand not only the physical measurable effects of mushrooms but also their profound impact on the psyche and spiritual well-being. His unique approach involves the integration of sound healing techniques, which he uses as a tool to enhance the ceremonial atmosphere. This combination not only deepens the experience but also aids in the emotional and spiritual journey, making each session a profound journey of self-discovery and introspection.
In recent years he has honed his craft in creating mushroom tinctures and herbal blends, harnessing the therapeutic properties of these medicines.
Are psychedelics such as Psilocybin Mushrooms legal in British Columbia?
Health Canada granted an exemption under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act to the Province of B.C. From January 31, 2023 until January 31, 2026, adults in B.C. are not subject to criminal charges for the personal possession of small amounts of certain illegal drugs.
Personal possession of mushrooms is not deemed a criminal offense in Vancouver and is rarely punished in the rest of the province either. It’s surprisingly easy to buy magic mushrooms in BC.

Benefits of Psilocybin Mushrooms
Research specifically on the benefits of psychedelic mushrooms, or psilocybin-containing mushrooms, has shown promising results in the field of mental health treatment.
Depression and Anxiety: Studies have indicated that psilocybin therapy can effectively alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. The psychedelic experience induced by psilocybin has been found to lead to a profound sense of connection, increased emotional openness, and a reduction in depressive and anxious symptoms. Some individuals report sustained improvements in mood and outlook following just one or a few therapeutic sessions.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): Psilocybin-assisted therapy has shown potential in treating PTSD. The therapy can help individuals process traumatic experiences in a safe and supportive environment, leading to a reduction in PTSD symptoms such as intrusive thoughts, hyperarousal, and avoidance behaviors. Studies suggest that psilocybin therapy may facilitate breakthroughs in therapy and promote long-lasting healing.
Addiction: Research suggests that psilocybin therapy may be beneficial for treating various forms of addiction, including alcohol, tobacco, and other substances. Psilocybin can induce powerful experiences that help individuals gain insight into the root causes of their addictive behaviors and break free from patterns of substance abuse. Additionally, psychedelic therapy can foster feelings of interconnectedness and spirituality, which may contribute to a greater sense of purpose and motivation for recovery.
End-of-Life Anxiety: Psilocybin therapy has been investigated as a treatment for end-of-life anxiety in individuals facing terminal illnesses. Studies have shown that a single guided psilocybin session can significantly reduce anxiety and existential distress in these patients, leading to a greater acceptance of death and an improved quality of life in their remaining time.
Neurobiological Mechanisms: Research on the neurobiological mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of psilocybin suggests that the compound acts on serotonin receptors in the brain, particularly the 5-HT2A receptors. Psilocybin's effects on serotonin neurotransmission are believed to alter patterns of brain activity, leading to changes in perception, cognition, and emotional processing. Additionally, psilocybin therapy may promote neuroplasticity, the brain's ability to reorganize and form new connections, which could underlie its long-lasting therapeutic benefits.
DIDGERIDOO SOUND BATH
We are sound and light! This is the truth of us as conscious light beings!
Sound healing assists us in moving the density and heaviness we are holding. Every body system has a default setting, and we are all inside of that influence. How our parents experienced health, how our Ancestors ate, even how our Mom handled her pregnancy with us. All of these are major factors in how our bodies, minds, and hearts will attempt healing.
Sound healing is the next dimension, where EVERYTHING is possible.
Through a divine adjustment to our literal and etheric vibration - sound healing takes us into multiple dimensions, and has our own bodies initiate deep healing. As the sound carries through the body, transformation is unlimited by ordinary possibility.
The sound gives our bodies the space to heal and process that which is “stuck”, dense, and inaccessible, making space for feelings of BLISS, CONNECTION, and a “coming home” to ourselves.
Sound healing waves ripple through our tissues, through our Heart strings, and begin to deeply connect us to the Earth, and our own Soul. It is a deeply personal, and also a tribal experience of ancient healing work, that has been happening for thousands of years.
Sound healing is an amazing opportunity to say Yes to the next chapter of “you".

Refine The Fire
Refine the fire includes; Yoga Asanas with alignment based Somatic movement, using isometric exercises, and rotations. Alchemical Practices, free dance and body expression.
Alchemical practices: These alchemical practices aim to refine the energy body, release emotional blockages, and promote holistic healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Practices aimed at releasing negative emotions and tensions stored in the organs. Cultivating positive virtues and directing them towards different organs and systems of the body.
Somatic movement refers to a type of movement practice that focuses on internal body awareness, sensory perception, and conscious control of movement. It emphasizes the mind-body connection and seeks to improve movement efficiency, flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being. Somatic movement practices often incorporate elements of mindfulness, breath awareness, and self-exploration.
Here's a description of somatic movement and its key principles:
-
Mind-Body Connection: Somatic movement emphasizes the connection between the mind and body. Practitioners are encouraged to develop awareness of their internal sensations, thoughts, and emotions as they engage in movement.
-
Sensory Perception: Somatic movement practices involve paying attention to sensory feedback from the body, such as proprioception (awareness of body position) and kinesthetic awareness (awareness of movement). By tuning into these sensations, practitioners can improve their movement quality and efficiency.
-
Conscious Control of Movement: Somatic movement encourages conscious and intentional movement, rather than relying on habitual or automatic patterns. Practitioners learn to explore movement with awareness and mindfulness, allowing for greater freedom and expression in their actions.
-
Breath Awareness: Breath awareness is often incorporated into somatic movement practices as a way to deepen the mind-body connection and support movement. Practitioners learn to coordinate their breath with movement, using the breath to facilitate relaxation, release tension, and enhance fluidity.
-
Self-Exploration: Somatic movement encourages self-exploration and self-discovery through movement. Practitioners are invited to explore different movement patterns, ranges of motion, and qualities of movement to gain a deeper understanding of their bodies and how they move.
-
Holistic Approach: Somatic movement takes a holistic approach to health and well-being, recognizing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. It seeks to address physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of health through movement and self-awareness practices.
Overall, somatic movement offers a holistic approach to improving movement quality, promoting relaxation, reducing tension, and enhancing overall well-being through mindful, intentional movement practices.
Rotational movements; involve turning or twisting the body around its axis. These movements engage muscles throughout the core, including the abdominals, obliques, and spinal stabilizers. Rotational exercises can improve core strength, stability, and functional movement patterns.
Isometric exercises: involve static muscle contractions without joint movement. Muscles exert force against immovable objects or resistance, maintaining constant joint angles. They improve muscle strength, joint stability, and endurance, beneficial for rehabilitation and overall fitness.
