We start off with getting cozy on the floor, in a dimly lit sacred space. You receive a didgeridoo sound bath, as the didgeridoo is played over your body the vibrations move through you. This facilitates an inner journey where anything is possible.

You are then guided through a 9 stage traditional Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) encompassing physical, breath, emotional, and cognitive awareness, visualization and observation. To complete a full rounded journey into your body grounding you into all aspects of yourself.
