Space to connect in your home. A great option is to enjoy venturing outside, walking to at a quite beach or forest spot near by, I'll bring a beautiful tea set enjoy some tea throughout our session. This option is nourishing in that it blends dialoguing, breath work, moment, nature and even awareness of silence.
